These taste so good, not chewy or too gummy at all. They are easily broken down and I love that the ingredients are all natural (including the food colouring). The family has been supplementing with other VitD gummy brands and so far this one's been the best. Not only does it come in great packaging that didn't melt in the desert heat. Great effect and absorption in reducing the deficiency and we've noticed better immunity against infections and reduced inflammation. Awesome taste, needs to be hidden from small kids coz they mistake it for gummy candy.
