The quality of the vitamin is excellent and has all the right forms of vitamins, with high absorption. It is not the gratest at disolving but eventually devolves. My biggest concern was the taste, so I had to put it in juice to be able to drink it and not throw it away as the taste is really unpleasant.

My 6 year old first tried just eating the vitamin disc plain, then we tried diluting it in a bit of water and he didn't like either. Now we buy a fruit and vegetable juice, dilute it with water, and give it to him with a straw, and that seems to be the trick. I really like how clean the ingredients are.

Expensive If your child is sensitive to smells/taste they’ll smell the fish oil as it’s a main ingredient Otherwise a quality product works well dissolved then blended into a smoothie to make use of them! They’re packaged well in single portions
