Bought this for my mom who had a difficultty moving her arms snd legs because of joints pain.. so I got her this solgar copper supplement (I choose solgar because it is approved in my country, but they sell it very expensive so I bought it from iherb, much cheaper). After a month my mom was able to raise her hands without shoulder pain , and her knees were much better for her to walk .. thank God.
