This niacin is in the form of nicotinic acid. At first I took 1 tablet daily. For the first few days, there was no reaction. Then my body started to flair up and turn red, my skin was tingling. Every day it got stronger and stronger. The whole body was burning, from head to toe. Then I started taking 0.5 tablets. The tablets have a dividing line that makes it easy to divide the tablet. Skin reactions indicate that the supplement is working. Now I've ordered niacin as niacinamide, without a "flush", reddening and tingling. But some people like to feel the effects of niacin on their skin, then they better order this product. I don't recommend taking niacin on an empty stomach. You can see the size and color of the tablets in the attached photos. Niacin supports energy production, healthy cardiovascular and nervous system function. It also supports digestive, immune system and skin health, healthy blood circulation. It promotes healthy brain function. It's a very healthy supplement that should be taken periodically.

This is one of my go-to supplements as it seems to directly improve my sleep, restedness (as measured by my Garmin fitness tracker's Body Battery score) and energy. So I highly recommend it! Note that this is the pure version of the Niacin and might cause a niacin flush at certain doses. The skin flush is harmless, so this is just a note so that you're not surprised. I usually take half a tablet, or a whole one depending on day.
