I've been using Mt. Capra's Goat Mineral Whey for years now, adding a heaping spoonful to my coffee. It not only adds deliciousness, but it improves the acid/alkaline balance (in favour of more alkalinity) and increases the uptake of minerals into my body. It is getting harder to get minerals from vegetables due to ever-increasing depletion of minerals within soil and this whey contains an abundance of both macro and trace minerals that are crucial to functionality of our cell and organ systems, as well as bone density. In short, there is nothing not to love here!
