I had a hard time reviewing these as they arrived in the middle of the summer and sat in my extremely hot mailbox for a day or two before I realized they were there. I took some but didn't notice any benefit I'm certain the heat destroyed some of the microbes. definitely frustrated with how they arrived but that's not I herbs problem.
