High Lignan Flax Oil Product

I ordered this product because it is high lignan. It has good omegas. Years ago I learned that the lignans were breast cancer protective. I always used Barlean's Highest Lignan Flax Oil, but iHerb no longer has it. This brand seems a good substitute for it.
