Action Needed for your Autoship & Save Order

Your subscription(s) has an invalid payment method due to a technical issue outside of our control.

To avoid cancellation of your subscriptions(s), we recommend that you update your payment method to a valid credit card before April 1st at 11:59 pm PST.

Here's how you can update your payment information or resubscribe:

For a new card:

Due to security reasons, you must successfully place an order using the new card
At checkout, select "Save card for future purchases".
Once the order is placed and the new card is saved, you can update your subscription payment method.

For an existing payment method:

Visit your Autoship & Save page.
Under the "Subscription" tab, select the subscription you wish to update.
In the Payment Method section, choose the saved payment method you want to use.

To easily resubscribe:

If your subscription is cancelled, click the resubscribe button located on the cancelled tab of your Autoship & Save page.
